4×4 Tracks

Kleinrivier has a set of 4×4 tracks that are used both for off-road driving and to reach or connect various hiking trails. They are steep in places and typically graded between 3/5 and 4/5 in difficulty, and some sections require permission from the manager before driving. Hikers encounter these tracks on routes like Two Gorges, Cycad, Kantiensrivier and Geelhoutkloof, where they often serve as approach or return legs. Because they double as access roads and trail connectors, they appear in several route descriptions and on the trail map.
